OriginalCeenote's FanFics:
Consolation Prizes (X-Men, NC-17) (Completed)
Storm, Yukio and Wolverine are property of Marvel. Too bad… Ororo hasn’t
been feeling quite like herself. Yukio thinks she has the perfect
remedy, but Logan, in the wake of his aborted wedding, tries to take a
more sensible approach. Set in Uncanny universe, based on issue 173-174,
and Unlimited X-Men Storm story “Rebirth”. Off-canon. |
Fix You (X-Men, AU, 18)
Logan. Brash. Tough. Hard-Nosed... And a real huggie bear. Just read it.
Alternate verse, so no claws and lightning bolts, unless the weather’s
bad, and they purchase a house cat… |
Getaway (X-Men, AU, NC-17)
An escapist vacation. A one-night stand between two strangers. A small
world… |
Give Me One Reason To Stay Here (X-Men,
NC-17) (Completed)
This was formerly titled “Just Passing Through.” Mixed verse; loosely
picks up where X3 should have gone in the first place and borrows from
the mainline Uncanny books, my favorite genre. Erik Lensherr is
depowered and searching for a purpose for his life. The man known as
Wolverine is also trying to find his place in the world and recover his
past. When their paths cross again, Wolverine must once again make a
choice. Complicating things are his feelings for a certain headmistress
whom he has begun to see in a new light. |
Give Me The Night (X-Men,
AU, NC-17)
Ororo’s had enough. |
How Many Candles (X-Men, NC-17, PWP) (One-Shot)
An old enemy and close friend both do their part to help Logan take
stock. |
Humid (X-Men, NC-17, PWP) (One-Shot)
I originally wrote this as a PWP story out on SuperStories, and this was
part two of a trilogy under the title “Cold Brew.” After doing an “in
hindsight” read, I hated it, and I have retooled and
edited it here. Timeline is post “Fall of the Mutants,” pre-“Inferno” (Uncanny
X-Men #245). |
Money Dance (X-Men,
AU, NC-17) (Completed)
How do you bring together two people who have been there, done that,
have seen it all, and decided “No, thank you?” Show them that they don’t
know everything they think they know. RoLo, alternate verse. If you’re
looking for claws and lightning bolts, look elsewhere. |
Never Been One for Wine
and Roses (X-Men,
AU, NC-17) (Completed)
Ororo Munroe has the
weight of the world on her dainty shoulders, and
would do anything for the people she loves. James
Howlett wants to show her how to take a load off,
and show her that love is a two-way street.
Alternate universe, no powers. These are Marvel’s
characters, but by the time I’m finished with them,
they will only bear a scant resemblance. |
Playdates and Permission Slips (X-Men,
AU, Romance, Comedy)
Two single parents meet and try to be civil with each other when they
apparently have nothing in common except that both of their children
attend the same exclusive school. Will this one-sided attraction lead to
something more? |
'Twas the Plight
Before Christmas... (X-Men, Ficlets/Songs/Poem) (One-Shot)
A certain feral goes through the motions of the season to make it
special for one special lady. |
While You Were Out (X-Men,
Movieverse, Post-X3, AU, NC-17) (13) (Completed) The
School for Gifted Youngsters has seen a lot of casualties in the wake of
the Cure. One of their number is about to return to the fold, only to
find that everything’s changed. Movieverse, after X3, AU,
off-canon; there are some references to X2. Marvel
owns the characters, but they aren’t getting my
money anymore. |
Wounded Animals (X-Men,
PG15) (Completed) Ororo and Logan return to the
fold and pick up where they left off in
“Consolation
Prizes”. The dust hasn’t settled yet at the School for Gifted
Youngsters. These two aren’t ready to settle for anything less than a
soulmate, either. Back story gleaned from Uncanny X-Men, pretty
much any issue between #173 and #200, as well as the Kitty Pryde and
Wolverine mini-series. |
You Knock Me Off of My
Feet (X-Men,
U) (Completed) Summary: Picks up the stories before “Schism” arc in X-treme
X-Men. Story features Logan and Ororo as nurse and patient as she
recovers from her injuries at Viper’s hand. |
